Our 8-Week EFT Tapping Programme

Our 8‑week EFT tapping programme is designed to help you reduce stress, calm your nervous system, and support your healing through EFT tapping. Over the course of three 1‑hour online workshops — supported by short daily tapping meditations — you’ll learn a simple, powerful self‑help tool you can use for the rest of your life, whenever challenges arise.

Everything we offer is completely free — we are a charity, and our aim is to make these tools accessible to as many people as possible. In return, we invite participants to take part in our research programme. This helps us understand how well EFT tapping supports different health conditions and personal challenges. We are working with the NHS to validate EFT as a safe, effective and versatile self‑help tool that could support millions of patients in the future.

What the Programme includes

Week 1 — Getting Started

You’ll complete a short survey ahead of the session to establish your baseline and help you track your own progress. This first workshop introduces EFT tapping — how it works, the research to date, and why it can be so effective. After the session, you’ll receive free access to our online meditation library so you can begin your daily practice.

Week 4 — Deepening Your Practice

A second workshop to build on what you’ve learned. You’ll explore new ways to use tapping for emotional and physical wellbeing, and how to shift negative beliefs. A brief survey before the session helps us understand how things are evolving for you.

Week 8 — Moving Forward

A final workshop to consolidate what you’ve learned and support you in continuing your tapping practice independently. You’ll complete an end‑of‑programme survey, and research participants will receive additional short follow‑up surveys at 4, 6 and 12 months to help us track longer‑term impact of EFT.

Who Is This For?

This programme is for anyone who would like to feel more in control of their emotional and physical wellbeing. Based on our current meditation library, it may be especially useful if you’re experiencing:

  • Anxiety or chronic stress

  • Overwhelm or burnout

  • Low self‑worth or depression

  • Anger, frustration or physical tension

  • Digestive discomfort linked to stress

  • Specific health conditions: chronic pain, inflammation, breast problems

No prior experience with tapping is needed.

We are planning a small 4‑week trial run in July or August; the full 8‑week programme will begin from around September, with several introductory workshops each week so you can join within a few days.
